This website is run by Aisha (“3aayushhh”), a makeup artist based in Walthamstow, London, who is the data controller for any information you provide. This page explains what we collect and why.

Browsing & Cookies

Visiting this site collects no personal data. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no cookies are set.

What We Collect & Lawful Basis

If you ask to book, the form asks for your name, email address, telephone number and address/postcode. You may also give your event type and date.

These details are used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your booking, and calculate any travel fee for outcall bookings. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract. We never use them for marketing, newsletters, or anything unrelated to your booking.

Third-Party Services

The booking form: The form is provided by Google Forms, so what you submit is received and stored by Google as our data processor.

How long we keep it: Your booking and contact details are kept only for as long as needed to arrange and complete your appointment, then deleted.

Links to TikTok, Facebook and Linktree open those third parties’ own sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read in full before booking

It is the client’s responsibility to read all of the Terms & Conditions, as failure to do so could lead to your appointment being cancelled and loss of deposit.

Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Without a deposit, your date may be given to other interested parties who have paid their deposit before you.

All appointments can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking. After the 24 hours, all deposits are non-refundable but remain transferable (see below).

Any deposit paid will be deducted from the final balance. The final balance needs to be settled before the beginning of any services without exception, and is payable via bank transfer or cash.

Transferring a deposit

You may reschedule your appointment 72 hours or more in advance using your initial deposit once. You may reschedule to a date within 2 months of the original date; anything later will be classed as a new booking and will require a new deposit.

Please reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, or your booking will be cancelled and the deposit lost.

Travel & outcall bookings

I am based in Walthamstow E17 and am happy to travel, with a travel fee based on your distance from the E17 area. If you require an outcall booking, the quote will cover any necessary travel expenses as agreed at the time of booking. This includes, should it be required, congestion / DART charge zones and parking charges.

Skin conditions

Any skin conditions should be reported by the client prior to the appointment. On the rare occasion that you have any contagious skin infections — such as lip ulcers, exposed skin, severe active breakouts with oozing blood or pus, pink eye / stye, or anything contagious — I reserve the right to refuse treatment, which will result in cancellation of your appointment and a loss of your deposit.

Punctuality

Polite notice: if you are later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Please respect my time, as it will cause delays to the next client’s appointment.

If I need to cancel

In the unlikely event that I am unexpectedly unavailable to take your appointment and have to cancel it, I will endeavour to find a replacement makeup artist. You will also receive a full refund of your deposit (this excludes any trial payments for services already carried out).
